Friday, 3pm.
I am meeting with an old friend. As the big bang day approaches (-5 days to go), my entrepreneur soul starts to stretch out its sensors. We are drinking a freshly brewed italian espresso in his stylish conference room when the conversation drifts towards remembering memories of common business.
While I hear us talking, I cannot help asking myself:
"What did I learn and what will I do different to give myself a better chance?"
Spend as little money as possible, especially with respect to CI and sales promotion. Resist the temptation to subsidy the sales of your product or idea. Let it create revenue, not costs.
Focus on very few things and stay focused.
Make no promise.
Track your time.
Track your money.
