Lunch time. In the middle of a well earned meal I understand that somebody in my closest network mistrusts me. At first I defend myself. Then, as I drive home and let go of the day, I am thinking about how to make my point. Confront the concerned person directly. While rehearsing different dialogues, I browse all contacts in my mind to find the best person to coach me through this. But then, I lean back sipping a glass of delicious red wine and know what to do next.I will actively be inactive to earn the trust of the mistrusting.

My agenda is just too full with what matters to have any space left for other people's concerns. Dedication and focus will be my answers accompanied by a loving smile. This is how I will (slowly but surely) earn trust.
