  1. Say "Yes, I´d love to" instead of "Hmmm, let me see, I let you know..." (as often as you can)

  2. Go to sleep at least 15 minutes before you actually intend to sleep and read a #goodbook (daily)

  3. Write down #tasks, #thoughts, #expenses, #dreams in one single recipient (hourly)

  4. Pay a compliment to each person you meet, including to yourself (as often as you can)

  5. Prefer #freshvegetables to ready-made ones and enjoy washing them (daily)

  6. Replace coffee with #oolong or yasmin #greentea (one week/ month)

  7. Ensure the color of your #lingerie is combined (daily)
